Tip A Cop Benefit for 6th Grade Field Trip

Tip A Cop: Members of the Police Department will be hosting a 'Tip-A-Cop' fund raising event to help fund the annual Sedona Charter School 6th Grade field trip. Police Officers will serve patrons at Cafe Jose on Wednesday, February 29th from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Off To See The Wizard

Make some time to come out tonight for a sneak peek preview of the upcoming Middle School production of The Wizard Of OZ. Each classroom will put on a performance tonight. The MS piece should be starting around 6 or 6:30. Hope to see you there.

There are still a few iPad  raffle tickets and there will be students around facilitating sales for anyone needing or wanting help with that.

New Montessori Site Links

We have added some new links to Montessori resources for everyone interested in gaining a deeper understanding of the ideas behind the the Middle School program created by Mr. Anderson for your students. While class and on campus programs have been shaped by Mr. Anderson's NAMTA training and continuing education conference attendance, inspiration for the farm project comes from Montessori training Mr. Anderson completed  at The Hershey Farm Montessori school.  Find out what Ms. Goglin will be doing this summer when she attends the  NAMTA training program. Click on the links in this post and find them permanently on the right in the Information Resources list. The experience your child can have in the program grows with your level of understanding and support. MS Valentines day dance

There will be a Middle School dance on the 10th of February. The dance will be held at the Keep Sedona Beautiful building on friday
three days after Valentines day. Food will be available and all sales proceeds will go to the year end UN/Catalina trips.

Doodle 4 Google

Google is hosting a contest for k-12 to see who can make the best logo for Google, whoever wins will have their logo on Google's homepage for 24 hours and also earn a 30,000 dollar college grant and a 50,000 dollar technology grant towards improving computers and computer labs.
